Welcome to the Nonprofit Resource Center's 2008 Ethics Survey.

Please indicate your response to each of the following questions using the following responses:

1. The organization's code of ethics or conduct (or equivalent policy, such as a policy in the personnel manual) clearly communicates the organization's commitment to ethical behavior in the workplace.

13. If I observed unethical behavior on the part of a co-worker, I would report it to the appropriate authority in the organization or the organization's ethics hotline without fear of reprisal.

14. If someone in the organization participated in unethical behavior, it would probably be detected and punished.

15. When unethical behavior has been identified in the organization, senior management's response and any resulting disciplinary action have been appropriate, given the nature of the behavior.
